Als ik aan Jos denk dan schieten een paar kreten meteen door mijn hoofd:
prettig, vriendelijk, duidelijk, betrokken, teamplayer, communicatief en kennis van zaken. In de jaren dat ik met hem heb samengewerkt heb ik ervaren dat Jos iemand is die je ondersteunt, dieper duikt dan nodig is waardoor je een samenwerking krijgt van het hoogste nivo. Ikzelf zal niet de kans laten liggen om weer met hem samen te werken.

In de afgelopen jaren heb ik Jos leren kennen als een geweldige collega die humor heeft, service gericht is en ontzettend veel SharePoint kennis heeft. Hij is van vele markten thuis waardoor hij kennis en kunde gecombineerd inzet.

Hij is een doorzetter tav migraties en grote veranderingen. Hij zorgt voor goede borging voor diegene die met de applicatie moet werken. Jos helpt mensen graag en straalt dat ook uit.

Door Jos heb ik een super baan gekregen omdat hij mij gemotiveerd heeft om te praten toen een vacature bij zijn afdeling vacant kwam. Hij heeft mensenkennis en gebruikt deze ook in zijn werk om iedereen optimaal te laten presteren.

Jos heeft bewezen in zeer complexe informatiestromen snel zijn weg te vinden, deze te herstructureren en een intern informatieplatform (mede) op te zetten. Bovendien is hij zeer betrokken in het onderwijs, maar ook daarbuiten. Denk aan: Progress, jouw.fontys.nl, inleverbox, studieloopbaan begeleiding en studentenadministratie zaken. Kenmerken van Jos zijn o.a.: snelle, accurate en deskundige hulp bij problemen en meedenken binnen de grote lijnen. Hij pikt vragen m.b.t. structurele issues en mogelijke ontwikkelingen goed en snel op! Verder is Jos een heel prettig persoon om mee samen te werken en past als IT man prima in een onderwijs organisatie en dat is een niet alledaagse combinatie.

I experienced Jos as a devoted collegue with good knowledge of business processes and procedures. He knows exactly how to translate business requirements into technical possibilities, staying as close as possible to the standards within the seperate modules. He is a very pleasant guy, always looking for solutions and quite capable of working under extreme pressure. It has been a privilege working with him in a SharePoint 2010 upgrade program as well as in a Proof of Concept for the replacement of Meridio into standard SharePoint 2010 functionallity. While being the project manager for the implementation of a time recording application, Jos provided valuable advice and support and managed the project splendidly, which is one of the main reasons why the project was finished within the agreed timeframe. I worked together with Jos in relation to his advise as Functional Manager to the board of Information Managers within PinkRoccade. His advise was very honest and always pointed at the value of functionality for the end users with in his mind a good consideration of costs versus benefits of programming and implementation.
Later on he joined the board of Information Managers as representative of the staff department. Jos is a very reliable, pleasant and professional colleague to work with.
